Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of fundamental factors on the share price of hotel, restaurant and tourism sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2023, with inflation as a moderating variable. The fundamental factors analysed include Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR). The research method uses multiple regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that ROE has a negative and significant effect on stock prices, while DER and CR have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Inflation is proven to moderate the effect of CR on stock prices, but does not moderate the effect of ROE and DER on stock prices. These findings provide insight for investors and stakeholders in considering fundamental factors and macroeconomic conditions in making investment decisions.

Faktor fundamental yang dianalisis meliputi Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Current Ratio (CR). Metode penelitian menggunakan regresi berganda dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ROE berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan DER dan CR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Inflasi terbukti memoderasi pengaruh CR terhadap harga saham, tetapi tidak memoderasi pengaruh ROE dan DER terhadap harga saham. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi investor dan pemangku kepentingan dalam mempertimbangkan faktor fundamental dan kondisi makroekonomi dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi.
