Abstract
The purpose of the study was to analyze the impact of entrepreneurial leadership on innovative behavior through the mediation role of innovation climate and intellectual agility. The study population was 51 employees from 17 BUMDes in Bojong District. The analysis method used SEM-PLS analysis with SmarPLS as data processing software. The findings of the study were that entrepreneurial leadership had a significant positive effect on innovation climate and innovation behavior, but did not affect innovative agility. Innovation climate had a significant positive effect on intellectual agility, but did not affect innovative behavior. Intellectual agility had a significant positive effect on innovative behavior. Innovation climate was unable to mediate and intellectual agility was able to partially mediate the effect of entrepreneurial leadership on innovative behavior.
