This research is motivated by the importance of improving employee performance at the Central Java Province Occupational Safety Center, for an agency to achieve its goals. To achieve organizational goals can be realized through information technology. Information technology is one of the factors that can influence the improvement of employee performance in addition to other influencing factors, namely job training and social support. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between information technology, job training, and social support on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Central Java Province Occupational Safety Center. The population in this study were all civil servants at the Central Java Province Occupational Safety Center as many as 31 employees, sampling using the saturated sample method. Data collection by distributing questionnaires using googleform. Data analysis techniques using IBM SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis show that Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Job Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and Social Support has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance.
