Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of authentic leadership and organizational commitment on the performance of employees of the Central Java and DIY DJBC Regional Office. For data analysis, the data used is SEM PLS analysis with Smart PLS software. Sample selection method using saturated samples. The sample selection method uses saturated samples. The respondents in this study were employees of the Central Java and DIY DJBC Regional Offices, which were 155 respondents. Data collection in this study was carried out using an online questionnaire. The online questionnaire is sent to respondents through the WA number. The results of the study show that: 1) Authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, 3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Organizational commitment plays a role as a partial mediator of the influence of authentic leadership on the performance of employees of the Central Java and DIY DJBC Regional Office.

Additional Information: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh authentic leadership dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Kanwil DJBC Jateng dan DIY. Untuk analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis SEM PLS dengan software Smart PLS. Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kanwil DJBC Jateng dan DIY yang sebanyak 155 orang responden. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner online. Kuesioner online di kirim ke responden melalui nomor WA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) authentic leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) authentic leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, 3) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 4) komitmen organisasi berperan sebagai mediasi secara parsial dari pengaruh authentic leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai Kanwil DJBC Jateng dan DIY.
