Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of information quality, information quantity and information credibility on information usefulness, information adoption and purchase decisions at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Purbalingga Branch Office. The population in this study were BPJS Ketenagakerjaan BPU Purbalingga Branch participants who followed and interacted on BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Instagram social media. In this study, the sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Data collection used google form and data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of PLS Version 4. The results showed that information quality, information quantity and information credibility had a significant effect on information usefulness. Then, it was found that information usefulness had a significant effect on information adoption. Furthermore, information adoption had a significant effect on purchase decisions. Meanwhile, information adoption is able to mediate the influence of information usefulness on purchase decisions. Pada penelitian ini teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan google form dan data dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan PLS Versi 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa information quality, information quantity dan information credibility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap information usefulness. Kemudian, ditemukan bahwa information usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap information adoption. Selanjutnya, information adoption berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase decision. Adapun information adoption mampu memediasi pengaruh information usefulness terhadap purchase decision
