Abstract

Human behavior in action will be determined by many factors, both internal and external factors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the decision to use fintech. The results of the study show that Performance expectancy has a significant effect on the decision to use fintech. Effort expectancy has a significant effect on the decision to use fintech. Social influences have a significant influence on the decision to use fintech. Facilitating conditions have a significant effect on the decision to use fintech. Habits have a significant effect on the decision to use fintech. Hedonic motivation has a significant effect on the decision to use fintech. Personal innovativeness has a significant effect on the decision to use fintech. The magnitude of the influence given is 59.2% on the decision to use fintech.
