Abstract
This study aims to analyze the relations between servant leadership, self-efficacy, and innovation performance at PT Focon Interlite Semarang. Involving 35 staff who filled out questionnaires regarding the three variables, the measured data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the study indicate that the average score for “Servant Leadership” was 3.01, “Innovation Performance” 3.72, and “Self-Efficacy” 3.67. Though most of the variables met the validity criteria, “Servant Leadership” was not fully valid discriminantly. This study proposed several hypotheses, including that servant leadership has a positive effect on self-efficacy and innovation performance, and selfefficacy mediates the relationship between the two. However, the results of the analysis show that servant leadership has a negative and non-significant effect on self-efficacy and innovation performance, while self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on innovation performance. Limitations of this study include a limited population and an undetailed focus on employee performance. The present findings provide important insights for the development of more effective leadership strategies in organizations, especially in the manufacturing sector.

Melibatkan 35 staf yang mengisi kuisioner mengenai ketiga variabel tersebut, data dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor untuk "Kepemimpinan yang Melayani" adalah 3.01, "Kinerja Inovasi" 3.72, dan "Efikasi Diri" 3.67. Meskipun sebagian besar variabel memenuhi kriteria validitas, "Kepemimpinan yang Melayani" tidak sepenuhnya valid secara diskriminan. Penelitian ini mengajukan beberapa hipotesis, di antaranya bahwa kepemimpinan yang melayani berpengaruh positif terhadap efikasi diri dan kinerja inovasi, serta efikasi diri memediasi hubungan antara keduanya. Namun, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang melayani berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap efikasi diri dan kinerja inovasi, sementara efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi. Keterbatasan penelitian ini mencakup populasi yang terbatas dan fokus yang tidak mendetail pada kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengembangan strategi kepemimpinan yang lebih efektif dalam organisasi, khususnya di sektor manufaktur. |
