Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of work-life balance, job satisfaction and psychological well-being on employee performance, the influence of work-life balance on job satisfaction and psychological well-being. Mediation of job satisfaction and psychological well-being on the influence of work-life balance on employee performance. The population in this study was all 52 BKPSDM Tegal Regency employees with a sampling technique using saturated samples. Analysis uses partial least squares (PLS) with the smartPLS analysis tool. The results of this research, work-life balance, job satisfaction and psychological well-being have a significant positive effect on employee performance, work-life balance has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and psychological well-being. Job satisfaction and psychological well-being mediate the influence of work-life balance on employee performance with the mediation being partially complementary. By implication suggesting that organizations develop policies regarding work-life balance, because this influences psychological well-being and performance satisfaction.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh work-life balance, kepuasan kerja dan kesejahteraan psikologis terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh work-life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Mediasi kepuasan kerja dan kesejahteraan psikologis pada pengaruh work-life balance terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai BKPSDM Kabupaten Tegal sebanyak 52 pegawai dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Analisis menggunakan partial least square (PLS) dengan alat analisis smartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini, work-life balance, kepuasan kerja dan kesejahteraan psikologis berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, work-life balance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Kepuasan kerja dan kesejahteraan psikologis memediasi pengaruh work-life balance terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan sifat mediasi bersifat partial complementary. Dengan implikasi menyarankan agar organisasi mengembangkan kebijakan mengenai keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, karena hal ini memengaruhi kepuasan kesejahteraan psikologis dan kinerja pegawai.
