Abstract

One important part of an organization is human resources. Human resources are important actors to determine the existence and success of an organization. Where qualified and competent human resources will have a positive influence on the progress of an organization. The sample of this study amounted to 63respondents. Data collection uses questionnaires and documentation. The result of the Partial Test (t test), the variable quality of work life partially has not significant effect on organizational commitment. Result of the Partial Test (t test), the variable transformational leadership partially has not significant effect on organizational commitment. Result of the Partial Test (t test), the variable job involvement partially has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Independent variables namely quality of work life, transformational leadership, and job involvement in a double or together have a significant influence on the dependent variable of the organizational commitment Study Sentra Industry of Embroidery and Batik in Karangmalang Kudus. The coefficient of determination from the calculation of 0,365 means that 36,5% organizational commitment is supported by independent variables namely quality of work life, transformational leadership, and job involvement 63,5% is requested by other variables not included in the model.
