Abstract

This research aims to analyze the evaluation of the Jamsostek Mobile (JMO) application using the Delone and Mclean information system success model. The population in this study were active users of the Jamsostek Mobile (JMO) BPJS Employment Regional Office (Kanwil) Central Java DIY application. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. The sample was calculated based on the number of all indicators multiplied by 5 to obtain 120 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The research results show that system quality has a positive and significant effect on system usage, system quality has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, information quality has a positive and significant effect on system usage, information quality has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on system usage, service quality have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, system usage has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, system usage has a positive and significant effect on net benefit, user satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on reuse intention, and user satisfaction has a positive and significant effect to net benefits Keywords: System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, System Usage, User Satisfaction, Reuse Intention, Net Benefit

Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna aktif aplikasi Jamsostek Mobile (JMO) BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Wilayah (Kanwil) Jateng DIY. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Adapun sampel dihitung berdasarkan jumlah seluruh indikator dikali 5 sehingga diperoleh responden sebanyak 120. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa system quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap system usage, system quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap user satisfaction, information quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap system usage, information quality positif dan signifikan terhadap user satisfaction, service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap system usage, service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap user satisfaction, system usage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap user satisfaction, system usage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap net benefit, user satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap reuse intention, dan user satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap net benefit.
