Abstract

Accident rate at PT. XXX 2020 – 2022 the rate of work accidents has awalys increased. This conflict causes a decrease in productivity and motivation for employees. This research aims to analyze the influence of occupational safety and health on work productivity through employee motivation at PT. XXX. This research method uses a quantitative method with a sample of 42 respondents and a saturated sampling technique. Data calculations and analysis for this research used SmartPLS 4. The results of this research include safety and health compliance, safety and health training, employee motivation as a whole have a positive effect on productivity. Additional Information:	Tingkat kecelakan di PT. XXX sejak tahun 2020 – 2022 tingkat kecelakan kerja selalu meningkat. Dengan adanya konflik tersebut membuat penurunan produktivitas serta motivasi bagi karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui motivasi karyawan pada PT. XXX. Objek pada peneilitian ini yaitu karyawan PT. XXX. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel yang berjumlah 42 responden serta teknik sampling jenuh. Perhitungan data dan analisis untuk penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil dari penelitian ini safety and health compliance, safety and health training, employee motivation secara keseluruhan berpengaruh positif terhadap work productivity.
