Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational learning culture on turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The population in this study were 65 employees of the BPJS Employment Ungaran, Cilacap & Pekalongan branch of ices. The sampling technique used in this research was saturated sampling. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS software. The research results show that organizational learning culture has a significant ef ect on employee turnover, organizational learning culture has a significant ef ect on employee job satisfaction, organizational learning culture has a significant ef ect on employee organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a significant ef ect on employee turnover intention, organizational commitment has a significant ef ect on employee turnover intention , organizational learning culture has a significant ef ect on employee turnover intention through job satisfaction as mediation, and organizational learning culture has a significant ef ect on employee turnover intention through organizational commitment as mediation. Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh organizational learning culture terhadap turnover intention dimediasi oleh job satisfaction dan organizational commitment. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan kantor cabang Ungaran, Cilacap & Pekalongan sebanyak 65 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational learning culture berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover karyawan, organizational learning culture berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job satisfaction karyawan, organizational learning culture berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational commitment karyawan, job satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan, organizational commitment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan, organizational learning culture berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan melalui job satisfaction sebagai mediasi, serta organizational learning culture berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan melalui organizational commitment sebagai mediasi.
