Abstract

This observe intends to research the decline in worker overall performance thru leadership and paintings environment. The technique used on this study makes use of quantitative methods. The approach of amassing facts the use of a pattern questionnaire totaling 72 respondents, the sampling manner using unintentional sampling. statistics analysis applied more than one linear regression and hypothesis testing the use of the SPSS 25 test tool. The results of this study can be concluded that management has a negative and vast effect on worker overall performance, and the work environment has a nice and big effect on employee overall performance. Additional Information: Penelitian ini bermaksud guna menganalisis menurunnya kinerja karyawan dengan lewat kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja. Metode yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik menggumpulkan data memakai kuesioner sampel berjumlah 72 responden, proses pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Analisis data mengaplikasikan regresi linear berganda serta uji hipotesis menggunakan alat uji SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
