Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of supervisor support and work-life balance and its impact on job satisfaction, life satisfaction, organizational commitment and job performance. The population in this study were 55 employees of the BPJS Employment Purwokerto Branch office with permanent employee status. The sampling technique used in this research was saturated sampling. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS software. The results of the research show that supervisor support has a significant effect on the work-life balance of BPJS Employment Purwokerto Branch office employees, work-life balance has a significant effect on job satisfaction of BPJS Employment Purwokerto Branch office employees, work-life balance has a significant effect on life satisfaction of BPJS Employment Branch office employees Purwokerto, work-life balance has a significant effect on organizational commitment of BPJS Employment Purwokerto Branch office employees, job satisfaction has a significant effect on job performance of BPJS Employment Purwokerto Branch office employees, life satisfaction has a significant effect on job performance of BPJS Employment Purwokerto Branch office employees and organizational commitment has a significant effect on the job performance of BPJS Employment Purwokerto Branch office employees

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisor support dan work-life balance serta dampaknya terhadap job satisfaction, life satisfaction, organizational commitment dan job performance. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan kantor Cabang Purwokerto sebanyak 55 karyawan dengan status karyawan tetap. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS.
