Abstract
Performance is an issue that is still hotly discussed in the HR world. In general, HR has the potential to improve performance. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of competence, work dicipline and work environment on employee performance at PT Haleyora Power Wonosobo. The population in this study were all employees of PT Haleyora Power Wonosobo is 58 respondents. The sampling technique uses a non probability sampling is saturated sample. The analysis tool uses multiple linier regression whose data has been tested for validity and reliability. The research result shows that competence, work dicipline, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

| Additional Information: | Kinerja merupakan isu yang masih hangat diperbincangkan dalam dunia SDM. Pada umumnya SDM berpotensi untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Haleyora Power Wonosobo. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Haleyora Power Wonosobo yaitu 58 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non problability sampling yaitu sampel jenuh. Alat analisis menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda yang datanya telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian memaparkan bahwa kompetensi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. |
