Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of supply chain management, operational cost effieciency, and innovation on company performance. The object of this research is a manufacturing company (cigarettes) in Kudus Regency. The population in this study were employees of manufacturing companies, the sample determination method used convenience sampling so the total sample was 37 respondents. The research method in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the variables of supply chain management, operational cost efficiency, and innovation have a positive and significant effect on company performance. Future research is expected to focus on the research population, using a sample of companies throughout Indonesia, not just in Kudus City. | Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh supply chain management, Efisiensi biaya operasional, dan inovasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Objek pada penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan manufaktur (rokok) di Kabupaten Kudus. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan manufaktur, metode penentuan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling sehingga jumlah sampel adalah 37 responden. Metode penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel supply chain management, efisiensi biaya operasional, dan inovasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan fokus pada populasi penelitian, dengan menggunakan sampel perusahaan di seluruh Indonesia tidak hanya di Kota Kudus saja. |
