Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work stress and work discipline on ASN performance. ASN performance is the dependent variable, while the work environment, work stress and work discipline are the independent variables. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique was through distributing questionnaires using Google Form, with a sample of 76 Mijen Semarang District employees. The analytical methods used are Data Quality Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Model Feasibility Test using the IBM SPSS application. The results of the research partially show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, work stress has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance.

Additional Information:	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, stres kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja ASN. Kinerja ASN sebagai variabel dependen, sedangkan lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, dan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel independen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan google form, dengan sampel sebanyak 76 pegawai Kecamatan Mijen Semarang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji Kualitas Data, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, dan Uji Kelayakan Model dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN, stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN.
