Abstract
In the era of globalization, human resources (HR) are very important for company operations, their ideas and innovations really determine the company's results and goals. Organizations or companies must provide training and development to their employees. Therefore, the management functions that must be carried out must be implemented well so that HR operations can be carried out effectively and efficiently. The quality of human resources of an organization or company is determined by the quality of its human resources. Therefore, it is important for companies to improve employee performance through training and HR development programs. This research data was collected using a questionnaire method. In accordance with the results of the t test calculations carried out with the help of the SPSS program above, Training (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y). Additional Information: | Dalam era globalisasi, sumber daya manusia (SDM) sangat penting untuk operasi perusahaan, ide dan inovasi mereka sangat menentukan hasil dan tujuan perusahaan. Organisasi atau perusahaan harus memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan kepada karyawannya. Oleh karena itu, fungsi manajemen yang harus dilakukan harus diimplementasikan dengan baik sehingga operasi SDM dapat dilakukan dengan efektif dan efisien. Kualitas sumber daya manusia sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan ditentukan oleh kualitas sumber daya manusianya. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui program pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM. Pengambilan data penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner. Sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan Uji t yang dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS di atas, Pelatihan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen Kinerja Karyawan(Y) variabel Pengembangan SDM (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen Kinerja Karyawan (Y). |
