Abstract
The increasingly advanced development of the business world requires companies to be able to optimize the level of performance of their employees, one of which is through employee work discipline. The primary objective of this study is to examine the impact of workplace motivation, environmental conditions, supervisory practices, and leadership styles on the discipline of employees. This type of research is quantitative research, data processing is assisted using the SPSS version 25 statistical program. This research was conducted at SMC Telogorejo Hospital Semarang with total sample of 95 respondents. The results of this research show that work motivation, work environment, supervision and leadership have a significant effect on employee work discipline. Overall, the research results show that employee work discipline at SMC RS Telogorejo Semarang is influenced by work motivation, work environment, supervision and leadership by 84.80% while the remaining 15.20% is influenced by other factors not included in this research. Additional Information: | Evolusi yang pesat dalam ranah bisnis memerlukan suatu upaya optimalisasi pada tingkat performa anggota tim perusahaan, salah satunya melalui disiplin kerja karyawannya. Mengidentifikasi pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, pengawasan dan kepemimpinan pada disiplin kerja karyawan ialah target dari dilakukannya penelitian. Penelitian kuanitatif yang digunakan pada penelitian dengan pengelolaan data dibantu menggunakan program statistic SPSS versi 25. Di SMC RS Telogorejo dilaksanakan penelitian ini dengan jumlah responden 95. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa motivasi dalam bekerja, kondisi lingkungan kerja, pengawasan, dan kepemimpinan memiliki dampak yang cukup signifikan terhadap tingkat kedisiplinan kerja karyawan. Secara keseluruhan, data menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja di SMC RS Telogorejo Semarang dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, pengawasan, dan kepemimpinan sebesar 84,80%, sementara faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini berkontribusi sebesar 15,20%.
