Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between work-family benefits and job satisfaction. Furthermore, this study proposes that work-family conflict and work-family enrichment play a mediating role in this relationship. This study uses quantitative approaches and methods. Data were collected from employee respondents at BKPP Kendal Regency using a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM - PLS) techniques using SmartPLS v.4 software. The results showed that the provision of work-family benefits was positively and significantly related to job satisfaction, indicating the role of benefits policy. work-family enrichment has a positive impact on balance, but not significantly on job satisfaction. work-family conflict and work-family enrichment do not mediate the relationship, highlighting the complexity of factors in employee well-being.

Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini mengusulkan bahwa work-family conflict dan work-family enrichment memainkan peran mediasi dalam hubungan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dan metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari responden pegawai di BKPP kabupaten kendal dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM – PLS) dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS v.4. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian tunjangan kerja keluarga berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kepuasan kerja, menunjukkan peran kebijakan tunjangan. work-family enrichment memberikan dampak positif pada keseimbangan, namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. work-family conflict dan work-family enrichment tidak memediasi hubungan, menyoroti kompleksitas faktor-faktor dalam kesejahteraan pegawai. |
