Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational culture, the influence of discipline, the influence of leadership style on the performance of the Batang resort police through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Population of this study The population in this study was 303 personnel. The sampling technique used in this research uses a proportional sampling technique, which means that the sampling technique is representative and each subject is determined equally by the number of subjects from each stratum. Research results: There is an influence of organizational culture on performance. There is an influence of discipline on performance. There is an influence of leadership style on performance. There is an influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction. There is an influence of discipline on job satisfaction. There is an influence of leadership style on job satisfaction. There is an influence of job satisfaction on performance.
