Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of accountability, transparency and supervision of financial management on the performance of village government officials in Gemuh District, Kendal Regency. Perception assessment is based on indicators which reflect conditions that are accountable, transparent and supervised. This research uses a quantitative approach using premier data obtained from the recapitulation of questionnaire answers given to 64 respondents. The flow of analysis for this research is Descriptive Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Hypothesis Test with the help of the SPSS 26 program. The results of this study are that accountability, transparency and supervision of financial management have a positive effect on the performance of village government officials.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Akuntabilitas, Transparansi, Dan Pengawasan Pengelolaan Keuangan Terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Pemerintah Desa Di Kecamatan Gemuh Kabupaten Kendal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data premier yang didapat dari hasil rekapitulasi jawaban kuesioner yang telah diberikan kepada 64 responden. Alur analisis penelitian ini ialah dari Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, dan Uji Hipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini akuntabilitas, transparansi, dan pengawasan pengelolaan keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah desa.
