Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, performance standards and fairness of performance evaluation on affective commitment; analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and performance standards on the fairness of performance appraisal; analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and performance standards on affective commitment through performance appraisal fairness. The research population was all BNI Tegal Branch employees, 80 permanent employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling, that is, the entire population is used as the sample area, so the sample size is also 80 employees. The data analysis technique uses SEM-PLS with the SmartPLS analysis tool. The research results found that transformational leadership style and performance standards had no effect on affective commitment. Transformational leadership style and performance standards have a significant positive effect on the fairness of performance appraisals. Performance appraisal fairness has a significant positive effect on affective commitment. Performance appraisal fairness is able to partially mediate the influence of transformational leadership style and performance standards on affective commitment. Additional Information: Tujuan penelitian yakni menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, standar kinerja dan keadilan penilaian kinerja terhadap komitmen afektif; menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan standar kinerja terhadap keadilan penilaian kinerja; menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan standar kinerja terhadap komitmen afektif melalui keadilan penilaian kinerja. Populasi penelitian yakni seluruh karyawan BNI Cabang Tegal sebanyak 80 orang karyawan tetap. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh yakni seluruh jumlah populasi dijadikan sebagai wilayah sampel, sehingga jumlah sampel juga sebanyak 80 karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan standar kinerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen afektif. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan standar kinerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keadilan penilaian kinerja. Keadilan penilaian kinerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif. Keadilan penilaian kinerja mampu memediasi secara parsial pada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan standar kinerja terhadap komitmen afektif.
