Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyse the influence of participation in composing budget toward managerial performance directly or through oganizational commitment and motivation as moderating variable. The inconsistency situations between results of the prior researchs, about the influence of budget participation on managerial performance become a motivation of this study. The samples of this research are employers PT. Sang Hyang Seri Kantor Regional II Cabang Pati. Questionnaires data is collected using a mail survey method.From sampel 38 questionnaires which distributed. Hypothesis is tested by the use of multiple regression. The result of these study proving that the value of directly influence between budget participation toward managerial performance is positive and significant. These study shows that the interaction between budget articipation and ogganizational commitment as an moderating variable is not influence to the manajerial performance. The same result shown in the interaction between the budget participation and motivation as an moderating variable is not influence to the manajerial performance.The coefficient of determination of regression testing is the independent variable of 0,796 means budgeting, organizational commitment, motivation to work jointly affect the dependent variable of managerial performance by 79,6% and 20,4% were influenced by other variables not included in this study such as organizational culture, job satisfaction, job relevant information and others.
