Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Supervision, Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Performance (Case study at PT Victory Apparel). The research method used is quantitative research. The population in this study is all employees of PT Victory Apparel. The sampling technique is Purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique for data sources with certain considerations. The sample taken is 86 respondents with research instruments in the form of questionnaires that were directly distributed through Google Forms. Data processing uses SPSS techniques with SPSS version 25.0. The results of this study show that: Supervision has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Pengolahan data menggunakan teknik SPSS dengan SPSS versi 25.0 Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : Pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. |
