Abstract
Indonesia saw the tough economic condi and medium-sized communities that want a chance to get a business pportunity, many Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) which competing offers ease in taking credit for the creation of business pportunities. The process is fast, attractive interest rates, security and comfort of a promotion by many BPR to attract customers in taking credit. To answer the problem has been formulated, conducted a study of 83 respondents credit customers PT. BPR Nusumma Jateng branch Blora to find out the perception of promotions, services, interest rates, and making customers by using questionnaires. Data ollection techniques with accidental sampling technique. The collected data were then analyzed using the Multiple Linear egression. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between promotion to customers in making credit decisions with t count value of 3.586 and significance level of 0.001, there is a significant and positive effect between service to customers in making credit decisions with t count value of 7.686 and significance level of 0.000, and there is a negative and significant effect between interest rates on customers' decisions in taking credit for the value t count - 3.916 and significance level of 0.000. While simultaneously romotions, services, and interest rates affect the customer's decision to take credit with F count of 46.325 and significance level of 0.000. Adjusted R Square value of 62.4% means that the variable promotion, service, and interest rates can explain the customers' decision variables in a mortgage, the remaining 37.6% is explained by other variables not presented in this study. PT. BPR Nusumma Jateng branch Blora is recommended to enhance the promotion of more effective, better service, and interest rates are set lower, but still in accordance with the conditions of the company, it will increase the customer's decision to take the credit.
