Abstract
BMT is Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil according to PINBUK basicly is increasing from Economy Islam Concept especially in inancial. BMT it self is union from Baitul Maal and Baitul Tamwil. Baitul Maal is financial department that the activity is manage the social money. The aim of BMT founding in generally is to solve the poority of resident and the violate trapped. It is also being background of BMT founding. BMT Insan Sejahtera is aim to release the resident from violate‟s trapped who makes the poor people to be worse. It‟s phenomenon make interested the writer to be researched, Is BMT Insan Sejahtera that has good aim in healthy condition causing by The status BMT Insan Sejahtera is not too clear in people perception generally. So, the writer interested to do a research at BMT Insan Sejahtera by take the title “Financial Performance Analysis in the BMT Insan Sejahtera Kendal City Based PINBUK policy (Period Analysis at 2006-2011 years) ". This research is belong to descriptive qualitative research by approach case study at BMT Insan Sejahtera. This research has two main aim are to know the level of healthy of BMT Insan Sejahtera that looked for PINBUK recommendation the department that handle BMT and make factors in affect of BMT Insan Sejahtera finance performance. According by research result from analyze of data that begun by serving the BMT Insan Sejahtera finance report that include report the advantages 2006-2011. From the report then counted how much the finance of BMT Insan Sejahtera rasio has been got that are analyze of capital structure rasio, rasio of aktiva productive quality, liquidity rasio, efficient cost rasio, rentability economy ratio and rentability of capital it self. The last result, all of ratio point is rated the level of healthy and is able to know that the level healthy of BMT Insan Sejahtera by finance performance at 2006-2011 totally have score 2.67 and have good enough predicate.
