Abstract

Financialresourcescompaniescanbefrominternal(equity)orexternal.Highermodal from internal can be reduces depending from outsider and reduces modal cost. opic this researchis�The effect of profitability, size and fixed asset ratio to companies financing decisions (Study on Manufacturers that listed in IDX 2006-2010). opulationthisresearchareallmanufacturecompaniesthatlistedinIndonesianStockExchange period 2006 – 2010. Sample choose by purposive sampling are 75 ompanies. Data analysis employ multiple regression analysis with testing assume prior, ncludenormality,heteroscedasticity,multikolinearityandautocorrelationtests.Test assume that used are normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation fulfil that transformed data become natural logarithm and dropped 12 data.Hypothesis test reveal that profitability have negatively influence to financing decisions, (t count 2,802; Sig. 0,005), size have positively influence to financing decisions (t count 4,064; 0,000), and there are not influence fixed asset ratio to financing decisions (t count 0,705;Sig.0,482).
