Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of firm size, rofitability, corporate profile, the size of the board and management's ownership to CSR disclosure in annual report 2010-2011. The sample of the study is manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange reporting period 2010-2011 annual report that are completed and report their corporate social responsibility. The results of this study indicate that profitability, size of the board and management ownership does not affect the company's CSR disclosure, while company size and firms Profile affect on CSR disclosure. This indicates that the company size and firms profile in this study has relationship with CSR disclosure to make investors reconsider his decision to invest.
