Abstract
Capital structure is the balance between foreign capital (long period loan) and private capital (individual capital). This research is held to check the influence of active structure, profitability, the growth of assets, company measure, and the ownership structure on the banking company is capital structure in Indonesia. The samples which used in the research are 26 banking companys which registred on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis method that used is multiple regretion analysis. The result shows that the active structure and profitability give negative influences to the capital structure. While the growth of assets, company measure, and the ownership structure give positive influences to the capital structure. The goodness measure of this research model is 47,5%.
