Abstract
In the economic crisis that happened in Indonesia a couple years ago, where many efforts in large-scale that having stagnation and even stop the activity. The sector of small and medium businesses (UKM) was proven to be stronger in facing the crisis. UKM role in supporting the activity of the community's economics, especially in moving the real sector was the very important and strategic national economic activity. However, UKM was still being brought face the problem in the fulfilment of capitalisation. In 2007, the Indonesia Bank through his regulation (PBI), alleviated several conditions for credit through the program of credit of the people's efforts (KUR). This research aimed at proving the KUR depend on the UKM income and also proved the existence of the difference of the UKM income after getting KUR. Data that was used was the primary data by direct interview to UKM wich available in Pekalongan from 2010-2012. The pulling of sample in this research used random sampling with judgement sampling method where the pulling of the sample used certain consideration. The sample was chosen based on the criteria of UKM that take the loan for the addition of capital in undertaking his efforts susceptibly time between 2010 and 2012. As for UKM that was successful being interviewed an amount 34 of UKM. This research used wilcoxon signed ramkstest and multiply linier regression. The results of this research showed that is gotten by the difference of the UKM income after getting KUR and the existence of the KUR influence on the UKM income in Pekalongan. Adjusted R square in this research is 65,4%. That number explained how much the depend of KUR to UKM income.
