Abstract

Liquidity is the ability of companies to repay short term debt. Liquidity is becoming important in maintaining the viability of the company on sustainable. The purpose of this study was to determine cash turnover, receivable turnover and inventory turnover toward liquidity. Sampling method in this study using purposive sampling with a sample of 60 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2008-2010. Analytical techniques used in this study is the multiple linear regression. The test results show that the cash turnover, receivable turnover and inventory turnover has positive affect toward liquidity. Size of the goodness of the model in this study of 40.5%.
