Abstract
Performance plays an important role in achieving the company's vision and mission. As a result, employee performance reviews are well-suited to evaluating company-wide performance. Several factors can affect employee performance, such as communication, teamwork, and work environment. This study aims to investigate the performance of employees at Padma Semarang hotel. The subjects of this study are all employees working at Padma Semarang Hotel. From this population, a sample of 52 employees was drawn. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 tool was used as the analytical tool in this study. The results show that the group cooperation variable has no significant impact on employee performance. However, work and communication environment variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

| Additional Information: | Kinerja memegang peranan penting dalam mencapai visi dan misi perusahaan. Akibatnya, ulasan kinerja karyawan sangat cocok untuk mengevaluasi kinerja seluruh perusahaan. Beberapa faktor dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, seperti komunikasi, kerjasama kelompok, dan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan pada hotel Padma Semarang. Subyek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di Hotel Padma Semarang. Dari populasi tersebut diambil sampel sebanyak 52 orang karyawan. Analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat SPSS 23 digunakan sebagai alat analisis dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kerjasama kelompok tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun variabel lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. |
