Abstract
This research is motivated by the level of work stress and the level of discipline of Bank Jateng KC Purworejo employees who are still not good. This is indicated by the fact that banking employees often experience too much work pressure and work hours that are too long, as well as a lack of respect for time and employees who are still negligent about the regulations that have been stated. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress, work environment, and work discipline on the performance of Bank Jateng KC Purworejo employees. The research method used is a quantitative research method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 73 respondents using saturated sempling techniques. The data obtained was processed using SPSS for Windows with the method of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, t test, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient and f test. The results of this study indicate that work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi tingkat stres kerja dan tingkat kedisiplinan karyawan Bank Jateng KC Purworejo yang masih kurang baik. Hal ini ditandai dengan karyawan perbnakan masih sering kali mendapatkan tekanan pekerjaan yang terlalu berat danwaktu kerja yang terlalu lama, serta kurangnya karyawan dalam menghargai waktu dan masih lalainya karyawan pada peraturan yang sudah tertera. Tujuan penelitian ini utuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank BPD Jateng KC Purworejo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengn teknik pengambilan data melalui kuisioner yang disebar kepada 73 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sempling jenuh. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan spss for windows dengan metode uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, koefisien determinasi, koefisien korelasi dan uji f. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata kunci: Stres kerja, Lingkungan kerja, dan Disiplin kerja |
