Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of work stress, cyberloafing behavior on employee performance at the Department of Tourism and Culture in Banjarnegara Regency. The type of data in this research is quantitative research with the research population being employees of the Department of Tourism and Culture in Banjarnegara Regency. The sampling technique of this research is non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique (census). So that all populations were used as samples with a total of 77 employees of the Tourism and Culture Office of Banjarnegara Regency. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. This study shows the results that the variable work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Cyberloafing behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, perilaku cyberloafing terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian pegawai Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Teknik sampling penelitian ini adalah sample non probability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Sehingga semua populasi di jadikan sampel dengan jumlah 77 pegawai Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa variabel stress kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja prgawai. Perilaku cyberloafing berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
