Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership and authentic leadership on innovative work behavior, and examine the moderating role of psychological empowerment on the effect of transformational leadership and authentic leadership on innovative work behavior.The population in this study were all employees of the Tegal Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, consisting of 67 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample or the entire population is used as the sample area so that the total sample is 67. The analysis uses a partial least square (PLS) and the smartPLS analysis tool. The findings, transformational leadership and authentic leadership have a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior and psychological empowerment strengthen the influence of transformational leadership and authentic leadership on innovative work behavior. Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan otentik terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, dan mengunji peran moderasi pemberdayaan psikologis pada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan otentik terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif.Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Dukcapil Kabupaten Tegal sebanyak 67 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh atau keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sebagai wilayah sampel sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 67. Analisis menggunakan partial least square (PLS) dan alat analisis smartPLS. Temuan, kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan otentik berpengaruh positif signifikan perilaku kerja inovatif dan pemberdayaan psikologis memperkuat pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan otentik terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif.
