Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, utilization of information technology, job satisfaction on employee performance and the effect of workload and utilization of information technology on job satisfaction. Analyzing whether job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of workload and the use of information technology on employee performance. The object of this research is the employees of the Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Kendal Regency. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample of 50 employees. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire using the google form. SmartPLS 4 has been used to analyze the data in this study. The results showed that workload had a negative and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction, the use of information technology had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of workload and the use of information technology on the performance of BPKAD Kendal Regency employees.

Additional Information:	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai serta pengaruh beban kerja dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Menganalisis apakah kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh beban kerja dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Obyek penelitian ini adalah pegawai Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Kabupaten Kendal. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu sebanyak 50 orang pegawai. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan menggunakan google form. SmartPLS 4 telah digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan kepuasan kerja, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh beban kerja dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai BPKAD Kabupaten Kendal.
