Abstract
Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of policies limiting community activities, product flexibility, and capital during the Covid-19 pandemic on the profitability of micro-enterprises in Kersana District, Brebes Regency. The population in this study were all Micro Enterprises in Kersana District. The sampling technique in this study used the Random Sampling method. Based on the data of business actors owned by the Village Principal Data of Kersana District in 2022, there are 118 micro-scale food business actors from 13 villages in Kersana District which are registered in the Village Principal Data of Kersana District in 2022. The method of analysis in this study used a questionnaire whose data processed using IBM SPSS 27. The results showed that PKM Policy had a negative effect on Profitability, Product Flexibility had a positive effect on profitability, and Capital had a positive effect on Profitability during the Covid-19 pandemic. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pelaku Usaha Mikro di Kecamatan Kersana. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Random Sampling. Berdasarkan data pelaku usah yang dimiliki oleh Data Pokok Desa Kecamatan Kersana Tahun 2022, pelaku usaha makanan skala mikro sebanyak 118 data dari 13 Desa di Kecamatan Kersana yang terdaftar di Data Pokok Desa Kecamatan Kersana Tahun 2022. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang datanya diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kebijakan PKM berpengaruh negatif terhadap Profitabilitas, Fleksibilitas Produk berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas, dan Permodalan berpengaruh positif terhadap Profitabilitas selama pandemi Covid-19. |
