Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and brand image on repurchase intention with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sample for this study consists of 140 respondents who are Tokopedia users in Sukoharjo. IBM SPSS is used for data processing. The analysis methods employed include Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Model Test, and Hypothesis Test using Path Analysis and Sobel Test. The findings of this research indicate that product quality and brand image have a significant and positive influence on customer satisfaction, product quality does not have a influence on repurchase intention, brand image and customer satisfaction have a significant and positive influence on repurchase intention, customer satisfaction is capable of mediating the effects of product quality and brand image on repurchase intention.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk and brand image terhadap minat beli ulang dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 140 responden pengguna Tokopedia di Sukoharjo. Pengolahan data ini menggunakan IBM SPSS. Metode analisis yang dipakai ialah Uji Kualitas Data, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Model, Uji Hipotesis dengan menggunakan Analisis Jalur dan Sobel Test. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil kualitas produk dan brand image berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang, brand image dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap minat beli ulang, kepuasan pelanggan mampu memediasi kualitas produk dan brand image terhadap minat beli ulang.
