Abstract
This research purpose to analyze the effect of workload, work environment, self-efficacy, and leadership style on burnout tendencies in employees of the Pekalongan Regency Human Resources Development Staffing Agency. The population of this study were employees of the Pekalongan Regency Human Resources Development Staffing Agency totaling 47 respondents and the sampling technique used was the Saturated Sample (Census). The data acquisition process uses a questionnaire. Multiple liner regression analysis is the analysis method used in this study. The results of this study indicate that workload has a positive effect on burnout tendencies, work environment has a negative effect on burnout tendencies, self-efficacy has a negative effect on burnout tendencies, and leadership style has a negative effect on burnout tendencies. Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, lingkungan kerja, efikasi diri, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kecenderungan burnout pada pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Pekalongan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Pekalongan sejumlah 47 responden dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Sampel Jenuh (Sensus). Proses perolehan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis regresi liner berganda merupakan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kecenderungan burnout, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kecenderungan burnout, efikasi diri berpengaruh negatif terhadap kecenderungan burnout, dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kecenderungan burnout.
