Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants that drive the application of the accounting system to MSMEs in Pekalongan City. The population in this study includes all MSMEs in Pekalongan City with a research sample of 80 MSMEs in Pekalongan City and uses primary data. The results of this study indicate that the variables Access to External Funds, Company Size, Company Life Cycle Stage, Environmental Uncertainty, Use of Technology, Education Level of MSME Owners, Entrepreneurial Motivation and Company Maturity have no effect on the Application of the Accounting System, but the variables MSME Owner Training and Owner Age MSMEs have an influence on the Application of the Accounting System.

Additional Information:	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penentu yang mendorong penerapan sistem akuntansi pada UMKM di Kota Pekalongan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi seluruh UMKM yang berada di Kota Pekalongan dengan sampel penelitian 80 UMKM di Kota Pekalongan dan menggunakan data primer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Akses Dana Eksternal, Ukuran Perusahaan, Tahap Siklus Hidup Perusahaan, Ketidakpastian Lingkungan, Penggunaan Teknologi, Tingkat Pendidikan Pemilik UMKM, Motivasi Kewirausahaan dan Kedewasaan Perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Penerapan Sistem Akuntansi akan tetapi variabel Pelatihan Pemilik UMKM dan Usia Pemilik UMKM memiliki pengaruh terhadap Penerapan Sistem Akuntansi.
