Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to test empirically what factors can affect the performance of BUMDES so that it can become a reference for improving the performance of the BUMDES organization so that it will be even better in the future. This research was conducted in 16 villages in Kaligondang District, Purbalingga Regency. Data is distributed to 71 respondents. The data obtained was then processed using SPSS software with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The method used in selecting the sample uses the saturated sample method. This study examines the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Competence, Commitment, Accounting Information Technology, and Work Experience on BUMDES Organizational Performance. The results of this study indicate that Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has a positive effect on the performance of BUMDES apparatus, competence has a positive effect on BUMDES organizational performance, attention has a positive effect on BUMDES organizational performance, Accounting Information Technology has no effect on BUMDES organizational performance, and work experience has a positive effect on performance BUMDES organization.

Additional Information: Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji secara empiris faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja BUMDES sehingga dapat menjadi acuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi BUMDES agar lebih baik lagi dimasa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 16 desa di Kecamatan Kaligondang Kabupaten Purbalingga. Data dibagikan kepada 71 responden. Data yang didapat kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Metode yang digunakan dalam pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Kompetensi, Komitmen, Teknologi Informasi Akuntansi, dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi BUMDES. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi BUMDES, kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi BUMDES, komitmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi BUMDES, Teknologi Informasi Akuntansi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi BUMDES, dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi BUMDES.
