Abstract
MSMEs have an important role in Indonesia's economic growth. However, in this technological era, MSMEs must be able to adapt to market needs that are constantly changing over time. Payment Gateway is a technology that provides ease and speed of transactions. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Payment Gateway and financial literacy on the financial performance of MSMEs. This study uses a quantitative approach, and data collection techniques through direct questionnaires or Google from involving 100 respondents. The population in this study are Culinary MSMEs in Semarang City. The analysis technique used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Model) using Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) 4 software. Based on the results of this study it shows that Payment Gateway and financial literacy have a positive and significant effect on MSME financial performance, and financial literacy as a moderation weakens the influence of the Payment Gateway on the financial performance of MSMEs.

Namun di era teknologi ini UMKM harus mampu menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pasar yang terus menerus berubah seiring dengan berjalannya waktu. Payment Gateway merupakan salahsatu teknologi yang menghadirkan kemudahan dan kecepatan transaksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Payment Gateway dan literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner secara langsung maupun google from dengan melibatkan 100 responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM Kuliner di Kota Semarang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan menggunakan software Smart Parsial Least Square (SmartPLS) 4. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Payment Gateway dan literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM, dan literasi keuangan sebagai moderasi memperlemah pengaruh Payment Gateway terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. |
