Abstract
The background of this research is that profitability also has an important meaning in an effort to maintain the company's survival for the long term, because profitability shows whether the company has good prospects in the future or not. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of Human Capital and Structural Capital on profitability in Islamic banking financial performance. Banking companies listed on the IDX amounted to 19 companies, with a research period from 2018 - 2021 so that the total population in this study was 76 data. The sampling technique is to use a saturated sampling technique, namely a sampling technique that uses the entire population as a sample. So that the number of samples in this study were 76 samples. This research is secondary research with quantitative data. Descriptive statistics is a data analysis technique. Based on this research, it can be seen that Capital Employee has a significant positive effect on profitability, while Board Of Size has a significant positive effect on profitability.
