Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance, employee engagement, and job satisfaction on the loyalty of private-sector employees in Semarang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method conducted through online questionnaires distributed to 100 private-sector employees selected using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 31, employing validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Employee engagement also has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, while job satisfaction shows a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Furthermore, work-life balance, employee engagement, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee loyalty. These findings indicate that employee loyalty can be strengthened through better work-life balance, higher employee engagement, and optimal job satisfaction within the organization.
