Abstract
This study aims to explore the impact of leadership style, perceived organizational support, and organizational culture on employee performance at CV. Pandji Chandra Kirana. By applying a quantitative approach involving 40 respondents completing a questionnaire and analyzing the data using multiple linear regression through SPSS software, this study includes testing for validity, normality, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that leadership style does not have a significant influence on employee performance. In contrast, perceived organizational support and organizational culture are proven to have a significant positive impact. Together, these three variables contribute to employee performance, with organizational support and work culture being the most influential factors in improving employee performance. | Additional Information: | Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak dari gaya kepemimpinan, dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan, serta budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Pandji Chandra Kirana. Dengan menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif yang melibatkan pengisian kuesioner oleh 40 responden dan menganalisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui perangkat lunak SPSS, penelitian ini meliputi pengujian validitas, normalitas, asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sebaliknya, dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan dan budaya organisasi terbukti memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan. Secara bersamaan, ketiga variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan dukungan organisasi dan budaya kerja menjadi faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan.
