Abstract

Tidar University as one of the only state universities in the former Kedu Residency area has a central role in creating a comfortable and conducive educational environment, this is certainly inherent problems and challenges in managing existing human resources. Based on previous phenomena and research, a different research formulation was taken, namely a study related to the influence of innovative work behavior and digital services on employee performance through the mediating role of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the Faculty of Engineering, Tidar University. The study was conducted on 109 respondents using a questionnaire. Data processing analysis used smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the analysis Based on the evaluation test of the results of the reflective measurement of the test data, it shows that it meets the existing criteria as shown by the outer loading value > 0.70, Composite Reliability > 0.70, and Cronbach's alpha > 0.50. The validity of the determination is met both from Cross Loading, Fornell and Lacker and HTMT. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that Innovative Work Behavior does not directly affect employee performance, Digital Services directly have a significant positive effect on employee performance, Innovative Work Behavior has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, Digital Services do not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and Job Satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between innovative work behavior and employee performance, and Job Satisfaction is unable to mediate the relationship between digital services and employee performance.

Additional Information: Universitas Tidar sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi negeri satu-satunya di wilayah eks Karesidenan Kedu memiliki peran sentral dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang nyaman dan kondusif hal ini tentu melekat permasalahan dan tantangan dalam mengelola SDM yang ada. Berdasarkan fenomena dan penelitan sebelumnya diambil sebuah rumusan penelitian yang berbeda yaitu kajian terkait pengaruh perilaku kerja inovaif dan layanan digital terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui peran mediasi kepuasan kerja pada kinerja pegawai Fakultas Teknik Universitas Tidar. Penelitian dilaksanakan terhadap 109 responden dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Analisa pengolahan data menggunakan smart PLS 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisa Berdasarkan pengujian evaluasi hasil pengukuran reflektif data pengujian menunjukkan bahwa memenuhi kriteria yang ada dengan ditunjukkan bahwa nilai outer loading > 0.70, Composite Realibility > 0.70, serta Cronbac’h alpha > 0.50. Validitas determinasi terpenuhi baik dari Cross Loading, Fornell and Lacker maupun HTMT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka dapat diambil simpulan bahwa Perilaku Inovatif Kerja secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Layanan Digital secara langsung berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Perilaku Inovatif Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Layanan Digital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan Kepuasan Kerja memediasi penuh hubungan antara perilaku kerja inovatif dan kinerja karyawan, serta Kepuasan Kerja tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara layanan digital dan kinerja karyawan.
