Abstract

This study examines the influence of digital leadership, digital culture, and digital capability on the implementation of digital transformation, as well as the mediating roles of digital culture and digital capability in these relationships. The aim is to understand how digital leadership effectively drives digital transformation through organizational culture and capability. The population of this study includes all village officials in Bojong District, totaling 132 individuals. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample, in which the entire population was taken as the sample. The data analysis method employed was SEM-PLS. The results reveal that both digital culture and digital leadership have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of digital transformation, while digital capability does not. Furthermore, digital leadership significantly influences both digital culture and digital capability. Additionally, digital culture partially mediates the effect of digital leadership on digital transformation implementation, whereas digital capability does not serve as a mediator in this relationship.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan digital, budaya digital, dan kemampuan digital terhadap implementasi transformasi digital, serta peran mediasi budaya dan kemampuan digital dalam hubungan tersebut. Tujuannya untuk memahami bagaimana kepemimpinan digital mendorong transformasi digital secara efektif melalui budaya dan kemampuan digital organisasi. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini meliputi seluruh perangkat desa di Kecamatan Bojong sebanyak 132 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai wilayah sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data yakni analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa budaya digital dan kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap implementasi transformasi digital, sementara kemampuan digital tidak berpengaruh. Kepemimpinan digital juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya digital dan kemampuan digital. Selain itu, budaya digital mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh kepemimpinan digital terhadap implementasi transformasi digital, sedangkan kemampuan digital tidak mampu menjadi mediator dalam hubungan tersebut.
