Abstract
An internal report from the Indonesian Institute Foundation in Semarang shows an increasing trend in bullying incidents in the school environment over the past two years. These incidents involve various forms of bullying, including verbal, physical, and social, which impact the overall well-being of students. This study was conducted to identify the influence of teacher attitudes and self-efficacy on bullying prevention through teacher professional competence at the Indonesian Institute Foundation School in Semarang. The population was all 60 teachers at the Indonesian Institute Foundation School in Semarang. To process the data and draw conclusions, the researchers used the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The results indicated that teacher attitudes had a positive and significant effect on bullying prevention, but self-efficacy did not. Teacher attitudes and self-efficacy partially had a positive and significant effect on competence. Competence had a positive and significant effect on bullying prevention. Teacher professional competence indirectly mediated the effect of teacher attitudes on bullying prevention. Competence, on the other hand, did not mediate the effect of self-efficacy on bullying prevention.

| Additional Information: | Pada laporan internal Yayasan Institut Indonesia Semarang menunjukkan adanya kecenderungan peningkatan insiden bullying di lingkungan sekolah selama dua tahun terakhir. Insiden-insiden ini melibatkan berbagai bentuk bullying seperti verbal, fisik dan sosial yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan siswa secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh sikap guru dan self efficacy guru terhadap pencegahan bullying melalui kompetensi profesional guru di sekolah Yayasan Institut Indonesia Semarang. Populasi adalah seluruh guru di sekolah Yayasan Institut Indonesia Semarang yang berjumlah 60 guru. Dalam upaya mengolah data serta menarik kesimpulan maka peneliti menggunakan program Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa sikap guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pencegahan bullying, namun self efficacy tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pencegahan bullying. Sikap guru dan self efficacy secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pencegahan bullying. Kompetensi profesional guru secara tidak langsung memediasi pengaruh sikap guru terhadap pencegahan bullying.
