Abstract

This study examines the influence of perceived coffee quality on customer satisfaction, with customer engagement as a mediating variable among coffee shop consumers in Jepara. The research uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) as the analysis method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to active customers of various coffee shops in Jepara. The results of this study are expected to show that perceived coffee quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, both directly and indirectly through customer engagement. These findings may contribute to helping coffee shop owners improve their service strategies and product quality to enhance customer satisfaction.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kualitas kopi terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dengan customer engagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada konsumen coffee shop di Jepara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang merupakan pelanggan aktif dari beberapa coffee shop di Jepara. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kualitas kopi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui customer engagement. Temuan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pemilik coffee shop dalam meningkatkan strategi pelayanan dan kualitas produk untuk menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan yang lebih tinggi.
